As there is a large number of phone/tablet/computer brands in the market, the quick charging protocols among different brands are different, so when more than one device is under charging simultaneously, some devices may not be charged completely because of the compatibility problem of the protocol. In order to achieve the best charging effect and compatibility matching, we recommend the following charging combinations:

C2 or A Port: Tablet, Android phone and iPhone

Remark:

(1) Please kindly note that when two or three outputs(Two Type C& one USB outputs) connect devices in the same time, there will exist several times for fast charging agreement distinguishing process so in that way the charging process will be shifted in turn between devices. Actually this is normal situation, and all you need to do is just trying about 2-3 times for wall GaN charger self-adjustment, then all the outputs will be back to work simultaneously.
