Inductance proximity switch, also known as non-contact proximity switch, it is ideal electric switch capacity sensor. When metal detecting object approaches the inductance scope of the switch, the switch will give out electric command instantly without contacting, pressure nor sparks, and reflects the position and stroke of the movement structure exactly. Even when it is used in normal stroke control, its characteristics like the precision of location, the operation frequency, the life span, the convenience of mounting and adjusting, and the adaptability to bad environment are not parallel to those normal mechanical stroke switches.
Infrared photoelectric sensor: it is composed of three parts, the launcher, the receiver and the detecting circuit, it utilizes the fact that testing objects reflect or shade the infrared beam to detect whether there is objects. The photoelectric sensor not only metal objects but also other objects, and the detecting distance is not parallel to those proximity switches.
Capacitance proximity switch: it is composed of two coaxial metal electrodes, it is very like the opened capacitor electrodes, and it is series connected in the RC oscillation circuit. When the detecting object approaches the detecting surface, the volume of the capacitor changes and make the oscillator vibrate, and is transformed and magnified into switch signal to realize the detecting of the objects. It can be used for the measuring of the levels of liquid, powder and grain, the positioning of machines and the monitoring of the execution of programs.
Self-restrain monitoring rotating speed sensor: simplified as speed sensor, applicable to the belt conveyance, bucket lifting, spiral propelling, muller, crasher, pumps, centrifugal extinguisher, skid monitoring of the stirrer, belt broken, dynamic axial cutting and overload. The sensor sends out a electric signal which is treated by the comparator, and the oscillation frequency caused by the movement of the detecting object will also get into the comparator. And when the oscillation frequency of the detecting object is lower than the frequency set by the speed switch, it is in open status, and when the oscillation frequency is higher than the frequency set by the speed switch, it is in close status.
Hall sensor: applicable for detecting the position of pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder and piston pumps, and it can also be used as limit switch. When the magnetic object approaches, it will generate Hall effect, and will send out switch signal after magnifying.
Non-magnetic metal inductance sensor: it is composed of oscillator and magnifier, when non magnetic metals such as copper, aluminum, tin, gold silver and etc. approach the detecting surface, they will cause changes in the oscillation frequency, which will send out a signal after differentiating the frequency. After magnifying, the signal will be turned into binary switch signal and acts as a switch. It will not function for magnetic metals like iron and steel. It can be installed in the iron metals hidden.
Pull string sensor: it is used in the iron and steel, cement, power supply and mining factories and mines where belt conveyance machine is used. It is adopted for dealing with and preventing injury accidents during material conveyance. When in emergency, you can pull any of the pull sensors, the machine will stop.
Simulation sensor: also called as linear displacement sensor, it has the same working principles as common inductance proximity switch. When the metal detecting objects approach the detecting surface, there is no fixed switch point, while the electric current will become lower in rate with the shortening of the distance, which will be magnified by the internal magnifier and output after linear treatment.
Namur sensor: also called as safety switch, it is composed of inductance oscillator and demodulator, it can turn the displacement between the metal detecting objects and the sensors into changes of electrical current signals. It can be installed in the environments where exists the risk of explosion. Usually it is used together with the switch magnifier.
Deviation sensor: it is used for detecting the deviation status of the belts in belt machine. When the belt goes in deviation, the upright roller turns automatically and inclines, and when it inclines to the first level movement angle, the first level switch acts, sends out alarming signal. If the belt deviates on, the upright roller reaches the second level movement angle, the second level switch acts and send out shutdown signal, if it is connected the with controlling line , it will realize automatic stopping.
Tongue spring sensor: applicable for detecting the position of pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder and piston pumps, and it can also be used as limit switch. When the magnetic object approaches, the tongue spring will close and send out signal after magnifying.
